Today’s Tip: Don’t fret. It isn’t that difficult to choose a mystery shopping company.
One of our favorite topics to discuss is mystery shopping. A few years ago we started Inside Hospitality as a restaurant, bar & hotel focused mystery shopping company. There is nothing wrong with the majority of the mystery shopping companies operating today, except for the fact that they are not hospitality focused. Many companies that evaluate restaurants and bars also evaluate car washes, dollar stores and grocery stores.
