Walmart, BestBuy, Macy’s and the corner dry cleaner have customers. In the restaurant and hospitality business we have guests.   You will never build a long term relationship with a customer but you will with a guest. And there is a difference.

Do you want to build a transaction or relationship based business?

Treat your guests like guests.
