Today’s Tip: Happy 1 year Anniversary to Hospitality101 Radio

What a year it’s been. Last June we began doing something we weren’t sure anyone would actually want to listen to on a weekly basis- The Hospitality101 Radio show. The idea for Hospitality101 was simple and to the point, talk about operational strategies for building and running a better business from people that have actually done it before.  Over the last year we have covered every conceivable topic from food cost calculation, labor management, lease negation, and cause marketing to name just a few.

Here are some interesting numbers in relation to the show;

  • Total number of shows: 62
  • Length of each show: 2-2.5 hours ea.
  • Number of countries tuning into the show: 57
  • Average number of listeners: 1,150
  • Hours of available content: 140+

Jeffrey and I would like to personally thank everyone for their support this past year making Hospitality101 Radio a huge success.

We would also like to invite those who haven’t listened to listen to one of the available free podcasts that are availale 24/7. Listen to all past shows by clicking here!

The next year of Hospitality101 Radio is going to be pretty exciting. We have some pretty great things planned and look forward to sharing them with you.

As always, thank you for the support.
