Q. Do you require a long term contact to begin service?
A. Absolutely not. We firmly and strongly that we are only good as our last GuestReady™ evaluation. Should you no longer see the value in our service we want you to work with a provider that exceeds your expectations.

A. Guest Pulse is built exclusively for the Hospitality Industry. Our service is designed for every facet of the sector, from restaurants and food service purveyors to hotels, resorts and bed & breakfasts to cruise lines, airlines, travel companies and associations, and everything in between.
Q. What type of “Mystery Shoppers” do you use?
A. Carefully selected and placed Evaluators are the core of our business. We do not employ Mystery Shoppers. Rather, we work with highly trained individuals who possess guest experience in the hospitality sector.
Therefore, we go through a vigorous selection process to ensure applicants meet our standards. In fact, only 20% of the evaluators who apply are ultimately selected.
Meticulous screening and training are the norm, and they are seasoned professionals who understand the importance of what proper customer service means to the success of a company. Moreover, all our Evaluators possess knowledge and many years of experience either in the restaurant, bar, nightclub, hotel, and/or customer service industries in order to properly analyze all concerns that you may have.
Our training does not stop there. After each evaluation, Evaluators receive feedback and are continually coached by Inside Hospitality’s editorial staff.
Q. What do we do with this data once we receive it?
A. Comprehensive Evaluation Analysis and Follow-Up with all managers, decision makers and stakeholders.

We schedule a detailed follow-up with each client to answer any questions on an individual basis after each audit distribution. This individual attention is imperative for your organization to receive the maximum benefit of each audit.
Q. Do you offer free form customization in accordance to our unique set of operational standards?
A. Absolutely. We offer unlimited free form/report customizations for the life of your account.
Q. How are the completed evaluations distributed?
A. Using our State-of-the-art online reporting platform all stakeholders have real time access to all current and past completed evaluations. Every completed evaluation is also sent to a distribution list that you defined.
Q. Does GuestReady™ offers any type of satisfaction guarantee?
A. Inside Hospitality is confident you will find our GuestReady™ services to be outstanding. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any visit or detailed Guest Experience Analysis, the visit will be free of charge or we will schedule another visit at no charge – your choice.
Q. Will Inside Hospitality work with our organization to design a custom measurement program that combines your other programs into our solution?
A. Absolutely. One size does not fit all. Mystery Shopping provides an invaluable glimpse into the operational “nut’s and bolts” of your operation but usually falls short of obtaining actionable guest feedback across a large scale. The majority of our current clients use a combination on GuestReady™, GuestPulse™ and GuestPromoter™
Q. “Our business is not a traditional 9-5, what if we have a question after hours or on weekends?”
A. Another area where Inside Hospitality and GuestReady™ remain Client focused. The hospitality business does not operate from 9-5 and we understand that better than anyone. Our Support Desk is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. If you ever have a question we are a call or click away.
Q. Do you charge a Set-up fee to begin service?
A. We never have and never will charge a service fee to begin working together. We cover the costs associated with the set up your account, distribution lists and form customizations.
Q. How long are my completed GuestReady™ evaluations available online?
A. We store all past evaluations for the life of your account with us. We also offer quarterly and yearly CD back ups up for all clients at no additional cost.
Q. Do you offer custom reporting options such as quarterly trending, location to location analytics or overall question to question summaries?
A. Absolutely. In fact we have over 300 standard reports available. Should your organization need a custom report designed we have the ability for a quick turn around.
Q. Can you furnish our company with GuestReady™ client references?
A. Absolutely. We feel that our current clients are our best sales tool. We would be happy to provide you with a detailed list.
Q. How long does the set up process typically take before we can begin?
A. Depending on form customization and account set up anywhere from 8 hours 48 hours.
