Inside Hospitality™ Evaluators describe every aspect of their restaurant experience.
The evaluation closely follows the server’s performance, from greeting to farewell. This detailed description helps the reader fully understand the guest’s service experience and thus determine if the server is following the company’s standards and sequence of service.
The ingredients and flavors of the food courses are described by Evaluators as though the person reading the report has never tried the items before.
Evaluations will also address many other areas such as Ambiance, Hostess Greeting, Time-to-Table, Up-Selling, Management Interaction, Product Knowledge, Special Presentation, Menu Experience, Food & Drink Quality, Time-to-Order, Frequency of Check Back, Delivery Time, Appearance of Staff, Teamwork, Cleanliness, and Support Staff.
Hotel Evaluations
Our Hotel Evaluations include customized questions as well as a narrative of an Evaluators experience with front desk interactions, timely service for maintenance and house-keeping, and overall cleanliness of guest rooms, restrooms, and living rooms.
